Hi, I just wanted to let you know the excellent service of your team in Debenhams Staines. I was there on Sunday 19th Aug at 12.30pm (I needed a new battery in a Skagen watch), I didnt get the persons name but he was very well presented, polite and helpful. I was also getting a strap altered around 3 months ago and again the service was excellent. I am a retail consultant and it is always great to see fantastic customer service in action
I recently had my ring resized with yourselves and I would just like to say a massive thank you.
Sending jewellery off in the post can be a worrying experience but I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience, particularly the completion time! I wasn’t expecting to have my ring back until this coming Friday and I received it this morning!
