Just had a new watch strap fitted at Debenhams in Sunderland. I have to say the service I was given by Victoria was first class.

I am writing to say that JAZ of intime in debenhams merryhill Dudley is very helpful and polite everytime I visit.on a previous visit I happen to mention that I had some Pandora charms and bracelet that had been in a box for sometime and had gone black he explained to me about a new machine he was getting that would clean them up.when I came to collect them I couldn’t believe they were the same one’s they were beautiful.I’m so grateful to JAZ for all the work and advice and his very professional manner.I have told all my family and friends to use intime in the future. I recently got my watch repaired at your Staines Debenham branch and I received some excellent customer service from Dwayne who repaired my watch. He was very helpful and repaired my watch efficiently and effectively, so yeah big respect Dwayne keep doing what you are doing!

I have a watch bought in 1956 and is of great sentimental value to me.    An up market jewellery shop(where the watch was purchased) told me it could not be repaired.  Another jewellery shop in Dundee suggested I ask In-Time in Debenhams.  Not only were they able to repair my watch but it was all done in 2 days.     What a result.     I shall certainly recommend your firm.    Added to the prompt and efficient service, I must commend you on employing very pleasant staff.
