Watch Repairs - In Branch
In-Time provide a choice between take your watch to your nearest branch or send direct to our central workshop. Ask one of In-Time's qualified technicians for a free inspection at any of our 54 branches across the UK.
Most repairs (including battery replacements) can be carried out quickly at your local branch. Where necessary we may send your watch to our central workshop for repair.

Send your watch (Royal Mail Special Delivery) direct to In-Time's central workshop for a thorough inspection and repair.
All makes and models repaired by qualified watchmakers - no jobs too small.
For postal repairs - no chargeable work will be undertaken prior to acceptance of quotation and on-line payment. Un-proceeded watches will be returned free of charge with In-Time's compliments.
Services
In-Time offer a wide range of repair services from full service/overhauls to minor bracelet adjustments/repairs, glass replacement, dial restoration; crown and stem (winder) repairs - basically any kind of repair to any make of watch (subject to availability of parts).
Keep your watch in prime condition - have the case/bracelet ultrasonically cleaned when in for a battery or repair. Ultrasonic cleaning of case/bracelet is included when a full overhaul/service is carried out.
Free Estimate
Visit or contact your nearest branch to get a free estimate. Inspection normally takes just a few minutes and can be carried out while you wait at your local In-Time branch.
Alternatively, click the "Get an Estimate" link to complete and submit an on-line request for an estimate, or select the “Post to Workshop” option to submit your watch direct to the workshop for inspection/repair.
No chargeable work will be undertaken without your consent. If you do not wish to proceed, your watch will be returned free of charge with In-Time's compliments.
