I was recently on holiday in Exeter, where my parents-in-law live, when I noticed my Timex watch started losing time. I dropped it off at your branch in Debenhams for a battery replacement but when I returned an hour later was told that the crown was missing. It certainly hadn't been like that when I dropped it off, but I understood the awkwardness of the situation as the manager (Peter?) had no reason to believe me. To his credit however, after a short conversation he agreed to contact Timex to see what could be done. He arranged for the watch to be repaired by Timex and posted to me back in Scotland where I live.
In the past few years my wife and I have used In Time for at least half a dozen new watch batteries, and probably as many straps. I was delighted with the service I received in this unusual situation, and will definitely continue to use In Time, and share the story and recommendation with others.
