After collecting my watch from the jewellers I decided to opt for a second opinion, as the watch had worked correctly before it stopped. Your technician showed exceptional honestly and integrity .... He showed me how a screw head had been broken off on the battery holder mechanism and explained that it was a simple task for him to replace the battery and reseal the watch.
