Timescales and Deliveries

Timescales

Services and Repairs

Once we have received your item and a full technical assessment has been completed, we will provide an estimated timescale for completion of the service. These estimates will be based on current work rate, previously achieved timescales for similar works and taking into account any service level agreements we have with our partners.

We hold a comprehensive stock range of specialist parts and materials however, on occasion, we may need to order components specifically for individual repairs and services and this will increase the lead time.

In some instances, it may be necessary to send your watch to an alternative accredited workshop or the manufacturers themselves, as it may be more cost effective or technically more appropriate, whereby we are completely reliant upon their timescales. We will continue to act on your behalf throughout this process and will provide any updates regarding service or delays as necessary.

In-Time watch services commit to the following with regards to completing all service undertaken:

  • Repairs will be carried out as quickly as is practical, without sacrificing quality.
  • Items will be returned to our customers as soon as works have been completed and a full quality and timekeeping check have been performed.
