The personal information that you provide to us is limited to name & contact information plus details of any services or products provided to you. This information will be used only in accordance with the permissions granted by you at the time of submission.

In-Time do not store customer payment details.

All payments are taken via the Sagepay payments gateway or Paypal. Personal bank or card payment details are not captured and stored by In-Time Watch Services Limited.

How long will you hold my information for?

In-Time are required by law to hold your information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller.
In-Time will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is maintained and up to date. However, it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any and all changes to your Personal Data to ensure that it is up to date. Once we have answered your query or subsequently supply any goods or services as a result, on completion we will hold your details for a short time in case of any further queries but for a period no longer than six months unless statutory law dictates otherwise.

With the exception of payment details which are not stored by In-Time – information is held on servers hosted by us or our Internet Services Provider. The nature of the internet is such that In-Time cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you submit to us via the internet.

In-Time do not use this information in a manner that enables any individual to be identified – it’s only use is to assist us to understand our users better and to determine aggregate trends, most popular pages, etc, for all the website’s users.
