Founded in 1981, In-Time Watch Services Ltd is the UK’s No.1 Watch Care Specialist. We are one of the largest employers of watchmakers and watch technicians in the country. We operate through over 50 retail branches extending from Inverness to Plymouth; providing services to more than half a million customers every year.

Most of our branches are run as concessions within leading store groups including Debenhams, Tesco, Beales and Beatties.

In every branch, we offer a comprehensive service covering watch batteries, straps & bracelets and watch repairs - and will undertake work on virtually any brand of watch.

Small jobs, such as glass replacements and water resistance testing are carried out on site, while major repairs and servicing are carried out at our Central Workshop in Southport.

Here a team of highly-skilled watchmakers provide the more specialist repair services for our branches.

We also have our own training facilities where we are able to run technical training programmes for all our branch Managers and Assistants. Training is also given in sales, stock control, merchandising and all aspects of branch administration.

Branch staff are supported by a field management team made up of three Regional Managers and a Technical Training Manager. We also employ a team of relief managers who travel throughout the UK whenever the need arises.

All our field management team have run branches at some stage in their career demonstrating our commitment to promoting from within.
